Allu Arjun - Profile

Allu Arjun was born on 8th April 1983. Coming from a family long associated with Telugu cinema, Allu Arjun is the son of producer, Allu Aravind, whilst other notable relatives include uncles Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan, whilst cousin Ram Charan Teja also stars in films. Known for his films which target the family audience, Allu Arjun has won major credits including Filmfare and Nandi Awards for his acting.Allu Arjun's debuted in K. Raghavendra Rao's Gangotri and then played the lead role in 2004 campus-love film,Arya, portraying a student pursuing "one-side love" on the female lead. Whilst his initial films established his fanbase, more recent roles including that in Arya 2, a sequel to his 2004 hit, focussed on Allu Arjun's stylish avatar whilst in the recent success, Vedam, Allu Arjun appeared in a character role as one of the five leads.His telugu films were remade in malayalam and they became huge hits.They include Arya, Bunny, Happy, Arya II etc.And now there is huge fan circle for Allu Arjun in Kerala.
