Payyans - Profile

'Payyans' will have Jayasuriya as Josy, a easy go lucky guy who is the pet of his mother Padma. Every time when his father John Varghese intervenes to lead Josy into wisdom, his mother supports his intentions to never take up responsibilities, at least for quite some more time. With no big aims in life, Josy's only daily thought is how to make use of someone else for his carefree life. Josy was first sent to an engineering college, where he failed in almost all subjects and wasted valuable years doing nothing. And when his family supported him with money for doing a business, Josy's easy ways ended up in making it a big loss.  A guy who always believed in having high lifestyles but less workloads, his life makes an U-turn with the entry of a new friend and some unexpected twists in tale. The movie mainly revolves around mother-son relationships and generation gaps in understanding new generation children's viewpoints.
